Counsellors are impartial, empathetic and supportive and their aim is to assist you to develop strategies to identify and move toward your goals. What is counselling?
Counsellors listen, reflect and collaborate with you in relation to the issues that you are experiencing. You able to access counselling at our Hobart office as an individual, couple, or family. We are also able to offer counselling for children.
There are many issues that may be discussed in counselling. These can include:

- conflict in various situations including work related conflicts.
Through facilitated discussion our counsellors will explore the issues which are causing you concern and what factors could be influencing those situations. They will support you in working towards dealing with or resolving the issues.
