Fees and Payment Information

Individuals

Family Dispute Resolution

Our Family Dispute Resolution program receives funding from the Australian Government. Our first appointment is free of charge and we will talk to you about any fees that are applicable when you call us. 

Fees for this program are based on income and we aim to keep our services affordable for our clients. For details regarding our payment terms click here.

Private Counselling, GP Mental Health Care Plans and Individual Community Mediation.

Positive Solutions requires credit card details to secure private counselling and psychology appointments. For details regarding our payment terms click here.

If your session is covered by Medicare, we will assist with processing all eligible rebates.

If you are covered by Private Health Insurance, we will email a copy of your invoice so you can make a claim with your insurer.

If your counselling session is related to a workplace injury and you’re covered by Workers Compensation*, we will send the invoice direct to your insurer.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)* sessions will be invoiced directly with your employer.

* Approved Sessions Only.
