Chris joined the Positive Solutions team in 2008. He has an extensive counselling, group programs and staff development background. Chris also served as the Manager of Counselling Programs at Relationships Australia, and a variety of other middle management roles. He was appointed General Manager in 2009.

Maryse has a counselling, Family dispute resolution, mediation and conciliation background and has worked extensively with separating families, step-families, children of all ages, family violence, difficult contact arrangements and child refusal.

Mishelle is a highly experienced Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Facilitator with Family, Workplace and Community issues. A registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General’s Department with over ten years’ experience as a Mediator, Mishelle has also gained experience working with National mental health organisations.

Ian has many years’ experience in the provision of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services including counselling and mediation, with a particular interest in the prevention and management of work related stress and conflict. Ian is an accredited member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and is also accredited as a Mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation Standards.

Don is a retired lawyer who specialised in family law for over 25 years and is an experienced mediator, working as a mediator while in private legal practice for over 20 years. Don teaches adult swimming for which he has received awards.

Robyn brings a wealth of experience, including a background in bank lending, 18 years’ experience as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist and 12 years in Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution. She is also available for individual and group professional supervision and workshops with a focus on interpersonal skills and workplace issues. In the counselling and psychotherapy field Robyn has experience in individual, couple, grief, family violence, addictions and also workplace counselling. In the mediation/Family Dispute Resolution field Robyn is experienced in both property and parenting matters along with workplace mediations and community disputes. She is currently completing a Diploma in Management.

He is a Member of the Australian Association of Social Workers, The Australian Hypnosis Alliance, and Australian Society of Sexologists. Luigi’s extensive counselling skills support clients with a broad range of counselling needs.
